1. If you know the products you want to buy, bring a list with the part number and quantity. To help, you may use this Form.
2. If you cannot find what you require or need technical advice, our sales team will gladly assist in finding the right solution for your needs. We keep some replacement products in stock. If we don't have it in stock, we'll order it for you and call you when it comes in.
3. You can pay at the store using a major credit card (U.S. card holders only) such as Visa or Master Card. We cannot, accept American Express. You also have the choice to pay by U. S. money. Please be advised that if you pay by Money Order, your order may be held up until the check clears and funds are available.
4. Your sales reps will take your order information, personal information required such as email address, telephone number, payment information, and even calculate shipping costs, if applicable. Please see Receiving Options. *Note: No shipping charges apply for select AC DELCO and GENERAL MOTORS PERFORMANCE PARTS if picked up at our shop.
5. After your order is placed, you will be given an invoice to present when notified of a pick-up date, or contact information if you decide to follow up with us for a shipping tracking number.
