ORDERING BY PHONE
Many customers prefer to place orders via phone. If you cannot find what are you looking for, or you are not sure what the right product is for your car, ordering by phone may be a good choice for you. Our friendly, knowledgeable sales representatives will be glad to answer any questions, assist you with finding the right product and help you place your order.
Guide to ordering by phone
- Use our site to make a list of the items you wish to order. You may elect to use the easy form to make your own written list for reference when speaking to one of our sales team. Have the part information (part number, description) and/or car information (make, model, year, etc.) handy.
2. You can pay over the phone using a major credit card. (U.S. credit card holders only!) Payment can be made using Visa and Master Card. Sorry, we do not accept American Express. IMPORTANT! Only the authorized credit card holder (person named on card ) can order by telephone. Under the law, no one but the credit card holder is allowed to use the credit card. Please have your card information ready when you order.
3. Place your order simply by calling our toll free line at 1-888-876-7223, Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm, Eastern Standard Time.
4. We will take your order information, personal information required such as email address, telephone number, credit card information, and even calculate shipping costs, depending on how you want to receive your item(s). Please see Receiving options. **Note: No shipping charges apply for select AC DELCO and GENERAL MOTORS PERFORMANCE PARTS if picked up at our shop.
5. We will notify you via email or phone when your order is ready for pick up, or when your tracking information is available. |
